Aquest assolimen va ser possible gr\u00e0cies a la central hidroel\u00e8ctrica Gorona del Viento, inaugurada el juny del 2014 i que combina la hidr\u00e0ulica amb l\u2019e\u00f2lica. No era la primera vegada que El Hierro passava diverses hores en \u2018mode 100% renovable\u2019, per\u00f2 s\u00ed la primera en qu\u00e8 s\u2019assolien les 100 hores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Costa Rica<\/strong> va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. El Sistema El\u00e8ctric Nacional va sumar 271 dies de producci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica 100% renovable el 2016 i per segon any consecutiu va ultrapassar el 98% d\u2019electricitat procedent d\u2019energies renovables en l\u2019acumulat de l\u2019any. La hidroel\u00e8ctrica \u00e9s la principal font energ\u00e8tica del pa\u00eds, seguida de l\u2019e\u00f2lica, la geot\u00e8rmia, la biomassa i la solar. Nom\u00e9s l\u20191% de la generaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 a c\u00e0rrec de les plantes t\u00e8rmiques que utilitzen hidrocarburs.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>El Hierro i Costa Rica demostren, a petita escala, que una electricitat 100% renovable \u00e9s possible, tant tecnol\u00f2gicament com econ\u00f2micament. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversos estudis aix\u00ed ho indiquen tamb\u00e9. L\u2019\u00faltim d\u2019ells, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/joule\/pdf\/S2542-4351(17)30012-0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100% Clean and Renewable Wind, Water, and Sunlight All-Sector Energy Roadmaps for 139 Countries of the World<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dut a terme per un equip d\u2019experts de la Universitat de Stanford, presenta un full de ruta perqu\u00e8 139 pa\u00efsos tinguin una electricitat 100% renovable l\u2019any 2050. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/joule\/pdf\/S2542-4351(17)30012-0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3531 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/100-renewables-1.jpg\" alt=\"100% Clean and Renewable Wind, Water, and Sunlight All-Sector Energy Roadmaps for 139 Countries of the World\" width=\"375\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/100-renewables-1.jpg 375w, https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/100-renewables-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/100-renewables-1-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluci\u00f3 plantejada pels experts d\u2019Stanford passa, en primer lloc, per electrificar tots els sectors, des del transport fins a la climatitzaci\u00f3, la ind\u00fastria o l\u2019agricultura. Una vegada \u2018electrificats\u2019, la seg\u00fcent fase consisteix a generar la totalitat de l\u2019electricitat mitjan\u00e7ant fonts energ\u00e8tica renovables. L\u2019estudi confia la generaci\u00f3 al seg\u00fcent trio energ\u00e8tic: <strong>e\u00f2lica, hidr\u00e0ulica i solar. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La implantaci\u00f3 gradual d\u2019aquestes mesures ha de portar els 139 pa\u00efsos estudiats a aconseguir proveir-se en un 80% d\u2019energies renovables l\u2019any 2030 i en un 100% el 2050. Aleshores, el full de ruta proposat hauria estalviat al m\u00f3n un augment de la temperatura global d\u20191,5 graus, evitant milions de morts per contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica i creant 24,3 milions de nous llocs de treball a jornada completa i a llarg termini. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 els pressupostos estatals i les butxaques dels ciutadans es veurien beneficiats al reduir-se els costos energ\u00e8tics i disminuir un 42,5% l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019energia. \u00c9s a dir, el \u2018mode 100% renovable\u2019 no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s necessari per a la salut del planeta i els seus habitants, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 benefici\u00f3s per a l\u2019economia dels pa\u00efsos i els seus ciutadans. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Catalunya vol una electricitat 100% renovable el 2050<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acabada d\u2019aprovar <a href=\"http:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;mode=single&amp;documentId=794493&amp;language=es_ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llei catalana del Canvi Clim\u00e0tic<\/a>, pionera a Espanya, es proposa de reduir un 40% les emissions de gasos amb efecte hivernacle abans del 2030 i suprimir-les per al 2050. Per complir amb aquest ambici\u00f3s objectiu, la normativa planteja afavorir la transici\u00f3 cap a una economia baixa en carboni i, alhora, transformar el model de producci\u00f3 i acc\u00e9s als recursos naturals i energ\u00e8tics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u2019\u00e0mbit energ\u00e8tic, la Llei s\u2019ha fixat com a meta que el 2030 s\u2019assoleixi el 50% de quota de les energies renovables en el sistema el\u00e8ctric per arribar al 100% de renovables el 2050. Les mesures previstes en aquesta nova normativa s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsar pol\u00edtiques d\u2019estalvi i efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dissenyar un model energ\u00e8tic en qu\u00e8 el consum de combustibles f\u00f2ssils tendeixi a ser nul.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afavorir l\u2019autoconsum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un cl\u00faster d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 i producci\u00f3 en energies renovables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establir un pla de transici\u00f3 per al tancament, no m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del 2027, de les centrals nuclears.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dissenyar un sistema de tarifes que penalitzi el sobreconsum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No concedir permisos d\u2019exploraci\u00f3 per a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de gas i petroli d\u2019esquist per fracturaci\u00f3 hidr\u00e0ulica horitzontal (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fracking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modificar la legislaci\u00f3 per agilitar la tramitaci\u00f3 de la implantaci\u00f3 de parcs e\u00f2lics. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Res de tot aix\u00f2 no ser\u00e0 possible sense finan\u00e7ament.
