Un dels \u00faltims estudis en corroborar-ho \u00e9s l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/edelmanftp.app.box.com\/s\/t8uydliuk70801f0xeogdn3v2yk7w6bs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edelman Earned Brand<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del 2018, que conclou que el <strong>64% dels consumidors de tot el m\u00f3n comprar\u00e0 o boicotejar\u00e0 una marca \u00fanicament pel seu posicionament<\/strong> davant un determinat problema social o pol\u00edtic. El 80% dels espanyols compra en funci\u00f3 a altres valors m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la qualitat o el preu, segons la segona edici\u00f3 de l\u2019estudi <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/marcasconvalores.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marques amb Valors: El poder del consumidor-ciutad\u00e0<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de l\u2019ag\u00e8ncia 21 gramos. <strong>L\u2019honestedat, la coher\u00e8ncia, la confian\u00e7a i la transpar\u00e8ncia<\/strong> s\u00f3n els quatre valors m\u00e9s significatius que influeixen i condicionen una compra. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s de ser m\u00e9s exigents quan compren, tamb\u00e9 augmenta la influ\u00e8ncia que tenen els consumidors sobre les empreses. Aquest empoderament del client es deu en gran manera a internet i a les xarxes socials. Un tuit desafortunat pot tenir terribles conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies. En canvi, les paraules adequades en el moment oport\u00fa poden traduir-se en un augment de les vendes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sector bancari i financer \u00e9s molt conscient d\u2019aquesta realitat. La banca s\u2019ha caracteritzat hist\u00f2ricament per l\u2019opacitat de les seves inversions (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/ca\/inverteixen-els-bancs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On inverteixen els bancs?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).
