Collective financing of the isolated photovoltaic installation and the water purification system of the new ecological farm "La Granja de Flix".
Current status of the project:
Collection was successfully completed on august 16th 2017. The last formalities of its legal validation are being carried out in order to formalize the collective loan agreement.
DESCRIPTION:
Collective loan to finance the solar energy self-consumption facility and the water purification system of a new eco-tourist lodge in Flix (Tarragona).
The only source of electric power of La Granja de Flix will be obtained by photovoltaic solar panels with support batteries.
The loan of ECrowd! takes as a guarantee the entire generation, accumulation and power supply installation, as well as the water purification system of the hostel.
The loan also has the support of the two partners of the promoter company.

TECHNOLOGY:
The insulated photovoltaic installations of the grid are a mode of installation of electrical energy production used to supply electrical energy in isolated areas where it would be very complicated or excessively expensive to have a connection point To the electricity grid. The uses of isolated installations are very diverse, ranging from the supply of energy to farms with similar uses to those of a conventional house or the generation of electrical energy to extract water from a well.
Isolated photovoltaic installations have the following main elements:
1- foto Photovoltaic modules
2- Distribution panels on the CC side
3- Battery Charge Controller
4- Energy storage battery bank
5- Possible DC loads
6- CC DC / AC Inverter
7- CA Loads
These types of photovoltaic installations are dimensioned according to the needs of daily consumption of the installation, as well as the autonomy required by the battery bank.
This installation has a nominal power of 20.4 kW and has:
- 72 modules SCL Polycrystalline 310 Wp
- 6 Schneider MPPT 80 600 load controllers.
- 48 Batteries TAB 16 OPzS 2000. 2V - 3,010 Ah / C100. 2 benches of 24.
- 3 inverters Schneider Conext XW 8548
Being a solar installation of self-contained completely isolated, is not affected in any way by the "sun tax."
The water purification system consists of a grease separator, its corresponding pit and all the civil works necessary for its implementation.
A grease separator is a device that prevents them from reaching the sewer.
The water enters and there is a decantation of the heavier solids remaining in the lower part of the tank and the animal fats and detergents in the upper tank. The water outlet pipe is located in the middle of the separator, which prevents heavy solids and grease and detergents from being discharged.
It is important to use them when fats are used in large quantities, as in industrial kitchens, because they are very difficult to treat in wastewater treatment plants.
The La Granja de Flix hostel is being built using local suppliers and is due to open in September 2017. It will have the following facilities in its first phase:
- 13 rooms with 2 beds.
- 10 rooms with 8 beds.
- 26 showers.
- Common dining room.
- 2 rooms for the disabled
